To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is required. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance. Final payment is due on or before the scheduled service date.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new date if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance of original schedule date.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
I embrace all weather! (If you want to!) As a professional gardener, I am heavily connected to weather changes, so I'm not afraid to get rainy and muddy with you, I'll leave it up to you! If conditions are truly unworkable, we’ll try to reschedule at no extra cost. I always keep a close eye on the forecast and will do my best to work with you to adjust timing or location as needed.

Do you have backup systems for photos?
Yes — I shoot with a dual memory card slot in my main camera, meaning duplicates at time of shooting and all images are backed up to both external hard drives and secure cloud storage. Images get transferred onto my computer and external hard drive shortly after arriving home, and SD cards are kept safe in cases. Your memories are safe.

Life happens! As long as you give me at least 48 hours’ notice, we can reschedule your session without penalty.

How long will it take to receive my photos?
For most sessions, you’ll receive your gallery within 2–3 weeks. Weddings or larger events may take a little longer, but I’ll keep you updated along the way. There are always sneak peaks while you sit tight - I'll usually text or email you a handful of images throughout the process.
